A safe place to start talking

Starting counselling can feel daunting, especially when you've been dealing with difficult thoughts and experiences on your own. My name is Jane, and at Caring Counselling I provide a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly, knowing you will be listened to with compassion and respect.

I am a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. As an integrative counsellor, I draw from the three main counselling modalities to tailor every session to your individual needs rather than following a single approach. I support adults with a wide range of concerns, including trauma, C-PTSD, panic attacks, historical sexual and physical abuse, addiction, drugs, bereavement, anger management and many of the challenges that can affect everyday life.

Whatever has brought you here, we will work together at a pace that feels right for you. I aim to help you better understand your experiences, build resilience and move towards positive, lasting change.
