What makes me different
You speak to the same person throughout
I handle your support personally from the first conversation onwards. That gives you continuity and a steadier sense of trust as sessions progress.
My training supports more than one kind of struggle
I can support both complex experiences and the pressures of everyday life. That means you don't need to minimise what you're going through before asking for help.
You can choose the setting that suits you
I offer sessions in person and online. That gives you more flexibility if distance, routine, or confidence makes face-to-face support harder.
A caring and qualified counsellor
Welcome to Caring Counselling. I am Jane, a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. I offer a safe, private and supportive space where you can talk openly, feel heard and explore what is troubling you without fear of judgement. I use an integrative counselling approach, which means I choose methods that suit your needs and your personal journey. I also have an Addiction Level 8 qualification and experience supporting people through both everyday struggles and more complex challenges.

Personalised support in a safe space
I believe counselling should feel comfortable, personal and focused on you. I offer sessions in a peaceful, homely setting in East Renfrewshire, Paisley, East Kilbride, and across Glasgow, helping you feel relaxed and able to share your thoughts at your pace. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, addiction or feeling overwhelmed, I am here to listen with care and understanding. Together, we can explore your challenges and find ways to help you move forward.
Compassionate counselling to help you grow
At Caring Counselling, I believe that sharing your thoughts and experiences is an important step towards healing and growth. I aim to provide a friendly, empathetic and non-judgemental service where you feel supported throughout your counselling journey. If you feel ready to begin, I invite you to arrange an initial conversation. We can discuss your needs and how I can support you in finding a path to improved wellbeing.
